Life Gym

Zero zero rating for customer experience. The gym might be decent but the management is just a no no. My friend wanted to join gym so we paid the amount for a month membership and due to some reasons she couldn't join so 2 days later I asked them that could you either refund 20% or 30% of the money or transfer the money to my membership so that I can extend my membership. They kept on saying we'll do and they never did. The rules mentioned that membership cannot be cancelled but there was no mention about it is not transferable. Even all of this was okay but they kept texting me about rejoining the gym by paying entire fees for new membership. I said I am not interested in any business that picks money like mere 1700 over customer satisfaction /experience / loyalty nothing. They chose money over their name which is fine by me. They don't respect you and even after telling them not to text me regarding renewing gym membership they have audacity to ask me the same thing again and again more like mocking me. I've been to couple of gyms before and this was the worst never experienced this before and never will again. This review may or may not make a difference but I just wanted to make sure these guys do not get away easy with what they did.

The woman at the reception in the evening is absolutely pathetic. If you're going to represent a gym, at least learn how to treat people with basic decency. She had the audacity to demand 300 just for a trial session -- seriously? I came in genuinely interested in joining, but her rude, arrogant attitude was enough to drive anyone away. It's not just me -- I've heard the same complaints from others too. Clearly, I'm not the only one who thinks she's stuck in some mid-life crisis, completely lacking social skills, professionalism, or even common courtesy. Honestly, she's a liability to the place.

Gym is good. But the staff at the reception is too arrogant. Doesn't have etiquettes to communicate with the customer. Being rude is not what a receptionist should do.. I think owner needs to hire good, decent and educated staff

Not working since so many month had worst experience with cardio equipments.

Jym has all the equipment with 6 cardio 3 hill bycycle 3 normal bycycle and 3 fat burner bycycle, Gym also has the pound weighted dumbles and all types of latest Gym equipment, if we talk about maintenance it's very good after Co-vid cleanliness is getting better they used 2 type of cleaning liquid to cleanse the jym every time whenever some on use the any equipment. If we talk about Maintenance it's good hygiene and safe to do jym with Airconditioner and has sauna too. it has 2 bathroom and 1 changing room and 1 toilet separate for men and women. BUT the trainers are not focus into there work if you taken a PT then you are good but if you newbie and Dont know anything they teach you for a week afterwards they are not into you if you are doing wrong they didn't even care so be on and if you are introvert person I suggest not to join. My personal experience is i am introvert so kind of thing is faced here, if u have friends then u ok.

Pathetic management ! No values of hospitality or service industry. They don't care about members, their suggestions , their needs ; they have no spotter ( no one will give you support and tell you workout ) they won't care if you die or prone to accidents. In order to save cost they keep AC shut and will not put on for few members. So , overall find another gym ! As good equipment is not enough ventilation,customer service also matters

Very nice place. They have ample of space for everything. the crowd is decent. They have steam bath as well. also equipments are branded and well maintained. Gym fees are bit high but its worth it. it's open from 5 am to 11 pm. sunday they are open up till 12 in the afternoon.
