Gym Trainer: Especially, Sangram Sir I personally experience that my trainer has been doing a great job overall. They have a deep understanding of different exercises and always ensure that I use the correct form, which makes me feel safer while working out. Their communication is clear, and they explain the purpose behind each exercise, which helps me stay motivated. One thing I appreciate is how they customize my workouts based on my progress and goals. They always challenge me, but also know when to adjust the intensity if I'm struggling. The support and encouragement they provide really keep me motivated to push through tough sessions. Overall, I'm really happy with the guidance and support I've received!

The gym is really very well maintained it has all the equipment. Gym has flexible timing which makes convenient for us the trainer Mr Sangram is one of the most skilled experienced hardworking & knowledgeable trainer over there who helped me a lot during my workout time. It's one of the best gyms in the Kalyan East area. Good infrastructure at an affordable rate also Trainers here are really good especially Sangram sir his knowledge about muscles and exercises just fabulous also on top of that a very humble and helpful guy. I got my weight transformed from 80 kg to 72 kg with his help. Overall the staff is also very helpful and cooperative.

One of the Great Gym in kalyan..Certified staff specially Akshay sir is very Supportive with Great knowledge. I took personal training by Akshay Sir I was 77kg when i joined and now i am 69 kgs. The gym is spacious and well equipped. Best Gym to reach your fitness goals.
