Got an ACL tear in my right knee on the first day of wrestling training, where the trainer/owner was more concerned about recording videos for the social media page instead of correcting the positions of the people which could lead to severe injuries. Yes it's a sport and injuries are bound to happen but the job of the trainer is to help the people in minimizing them. The amount of money you pay are pennies for them. So go and learn at your own risk.
