I've been working out at this gym for a while now, and I must say -- it's one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey. The environment is clean, motivating, and very well-equipped. What truly sets this gym apart is the personal attention given by the trainer. My sir makes sure to guide each member personally, correcting form, adjusting workouts as per individual needs, and always keeping an eye out for progress. It's rare to find such dedication these days! Highly recommend it to anyone serious about their health and fitness goals.

Amazing GYM!! You have everything one want in the gym good environment specially for girls and ladies who want to get in shape. The gym is clean ,neat and updated. Sir has good knowledge about his field even recommends you proper and healthy diet. I have joined the gym few months back. I feel energetic and healthy. Sharing this review after three months of joining Gym. My purpose of joining Gym is healthy weight loss and I got shoking result that my weight losses 5 kg only after two month's and I feel so energetic also that's why I continue this Gym and one thing I strongly mention that environment of Gym is very professional for girls and ladies also. This all credit goes to owner cum trainer of Gym. I also tried yoga, walking, cycling before joining Gym but there is no result at all. but when I joined Samiz fitness it's results so awesome. So I strongly recommends that to join Gym.

One of the best gym, I have ever seen and experienced. It is very clean and fresh for our daily workout. It's like mini gold gym in gadhinglaj . Well equipped gym with very helpful owner cum trainer. He has the very huge knowledge in this field, which can be helpful for bodybuilding or weight gain or weight loss, whatever you want. He also suggest you well planned diet according to your body. So I must recommend you that join this gym for better and fast benefits.

This is best gym in gadhinglaj, if you are beginner them you must have to join this gym. The trainer Mr.Dastgeer( owner of the gym) is awesome man, he always with you during your workout, and when he teaches you, you will come across to his knowledge in this field. Also not only beginners but if you want professionally a bodybuilder then it's very good and useful gym for them. You will get every information for body building , weight gain or weight loss like diet plan about proteins this gym will provide you everything . And this is my personal experience I joined the gym for 2 months and I have gained the about 7-8 kg weight within a two months. So any one wanted to join the gym I personally recommend this gym because before joining this gym if you interested in gym then after joining the Samiz gym you will follow in love with it....
