It's a complete package of fitness club with core workout it also includes zumba special abs batch and yoga CrossFit specially trainers are really supportive and they will look into each and every member and keep motivating great to be part of physc to part of physc gym from more than a year now

Been a member of this gym since last couple of years now. Experience has been quite great! Spacious gym floor, variety of equipments, multiple equipments for the same muscle group make sure that waiting time for exercises during crowded hours is minimal. Friendly staff, trainers and management. Asked all my friends to come here. Good vibe, can't recommend enough.
