I recently joined "fitness fusion with sonia" and it was an amazing experience! The energy in the room is so positive and motivating
Sonia our fitness guru is such a lovely person, she always focus on every single person in the room and suggest workouts based on their medical condition and goal.
She keeps us motivated with easy-to-follow moves that keeps everyone engaged--even beginners. Everyday has different set of workout, so one shouldn't be bored of doing same exercises daily.
Pros: Great music, ambience and pocket friendly
Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun way to stay active and burn calories without it feeling like a chore!

My second week is going and I love the diversity of every day - so many different styles throughout the week. Her classes are not just for working out, they are also for mind and soul. It's incredible how Soniya Maam knows to unite fitness with wellness. So if you go there with a busy mind, then it for sure will get relaxed! And the group atmosphere is so inspirational and motivating! Are you a child, young or old - she will always find perfect exercises for every individual. She notices and asks about all the issues and problems so that no straining would occur. I know that I will go there till I am in Jabalpur and I would so recommend to anyone to join.

Soniya has a really holistic approach of health training. There's everything on plate from Zumba to Aerobics to Strength training to Yoag to Pranayam to High Intensity workout. Best part is that she pushes us to do better than our current capacity. She is also very caring as she takes care of all the health issues that we have and accordingly instruct us to do relevant exercises. You will definitely enjoy the workout here. I have seen significant changes in my health and lost 6 KGs in last 4-5 months.
