Customer from Smart Gym Sagar Not happy as a customer having so much disappointment with their management staff in between gym timing house keeping staff start cleaning the floor machines mirrors nd switched off the sound system, light ,fan ,AC before 11am in the morning time. Everyday same story repeats . Housekeeping staff having no etiquettes how to talk with the customers. As a customer So many times all these issues I tried to discuss with the Gym management as well as with the Gym owner they both do nothing only listen the issue inspite of taking action against their Housekeeping Staff for all these things.They don't have general trainer in the gym they said to me after taking fees .THEY never tell u before this thing when u visit the gym. AFter taking gym membership then they r going to explain u IF U WANT SUPPORT U HAVE TO TAKE PT (personal training ) if u want body cool down stretching after workout then u have to take PT. Nd if u give genuine review to them then their management start targeting the customer their behavior changed towards u because u r saying them truth. Being a girl i never suggests any other girl to join Smart gym sagar. Gym environment is not good because if u want support in any set of the exercise then u have to take support from the other gym customer their trainer not going to give u support . After taking fees from the customer They said my gym my rules.

I've been training at this gym with Pawan Bhaiya, and I can't recommend him enough! His dedication to helping me reach my fitness goals has truly transformed my body and mindset. He tailors each session to fit my needs and always pushes me to do my best. If you're looking for a trainer who genuinely cares and knows his stuff, Pawan is the one!

Gym ambience is good, very cordial staff & trainer always looks after meticulously for every work out especially anand sir always puts his 100% efforts and motivates me for working hard during the gym time and at the last safer for women

I have been working in the gym here for 2 years. There are two-three trainers here, out of which Pawan bhai is a very good trainer. I have been working under him for one and a half years. We are coming to the gym because of Pawan Bhai's nature and his workout @pawan sir

Gym is ok, no general trainer available only personal trainers who don't care about others much, the equipment is old and some are broken, overall gym is good, gentry of people is good, needs better management

Such a hostile environment. Not safe for women. One of the trainers with a ponytail forced me to take him as my trainer. When I refused, he constantly harassed me with comments. I joined this gym last year and attended for 5 months, but this trainer was always mocking people, making inappropriate comments about girls, and showing complete disrespect towards women. Some of the long-time members used to join him in his creepy actions. This is a pathetic and toxic place. Avoid at all costs!
