I joined the gym nearly 15 days back to reduce nearly 10kg weight. Each day I spent almost 1.30 hr in the gym and with that I followed proper diet also. The price of the gym is cheap that is only 600 rupees which is comparatively cheaper as compared to other gyms and for personal training it's only 2500 rupees. The owner of the gym is interactive and he guides in a proper way so that it's easy to do the exercises in a proper way. After 15 days I lost nearly 3 kgs of weight and I am looking forward to loss nearly 7-8 kgs of weight within 3 months.This is one of the best gym in jabalpur. I recommend everyone to join here even without thinking.
