No creepy crowd at all unlike what I have heard about other gyms in the surrounding!!! Highly vouch for the environment and the vibe and did actually take the fear out of me of the so called propaganda of gym anxiety!

I've been working out here since past one year and the place delivers everything it promises. The pros include - 1. Hygiene : I usually workout late in the evenings, but even in those hours, the gym is always spotless. 2. Equipment : Top of the line "Being Strong" machines. 3. Trainers : Rahul (The owner) is a certified trainer and Prateek is an active men's physique athlete. 4. Ambience and Crowd : Pretty good for me, plus there are no "Chappris" lurking around in the gym. Overall, if you are looking for a no-nonsense high quality gym without burning a hole in your pocket, this is it.
