There are very few mma gyms in thrissur. This is definitely one of the best. Joined here almost 2 months ago and the training is fun and challenging. Absolutely loving it. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for combat training classes and body conditioning. Trainers are knowledgable and push you to do well.
