Dark Gym City

I joined Dark Gym City because of the nice vibe and cool ambience. The trainers at the gym are very helpful and friendly. It's been 2 months since I joined and I enjoy going to the gym and working out thanks to my trainer, Reneesh. He is an amazing trainer and very patient too. He is always ready to help and guide you so that you do your workout properly and he constantly encourages us to push our limits everyday.

The fresh, invigorating smell of the gym at 5:30 AM hits you as soon as you walk in, and it's the perfect way to start your workout. The lighting, the hum of the machines, and the focused energy make this place feel like a place for serious fitness. The equipment is well-maintained, and the space is never too crowded. Leo, the trainer, is always there with expert advice and motivation, making sure you're on track

I've been a member of Dark Gym City for a few months now, and I must say, is an excellent fitness center in the Thrissur located at Sports Centre campus at Kuriachira, Thrissur. The standout feature is its extensive cardio section, equipped with modern treadmills, ellipticals, bikes in the ground floor. The range of workout equipment in the first floor is very impressive with free weights, all sort of workout machines, and functional training tools that make strength training highly effective. The gym is well-maintained, with clean and organized spaces that allow for smooth workouts without overcrowding. Not to mention it's dedicated trainers who give us confidence and tips for being fit. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to guide you with personalized workout plans and proper techniques to maximize results. Highly recommended for its top-notch facilities and professional staff and value for money.

This is a wonderful gym. Very clean and amazing atmosphere. It's built very well that we feel to workout. I am a beginner hence the trainer helps me very much. Chandhu is my trainer and he is very good. He keeps up with me in every step and also explains all the exercises in detail. I am happy to be here and build my health. I would very much recommend this gym to new people who wish to join. This should be the best gym in Thrissur.
