3 floor AC gym , machine's and new and updated model
Cardio section has 5 tread mills, rowing machine, other cardio machines and one entire floor is dedicated to CrossFit section.

Good clean gym with air conditioning (a must for Thrissur weather) and lots of exercise equipments. Lots of personal trainers too. I didn't take a membership since I was there only a few days. Daily rate was decent.
I did notice some personal trainers not correcting incorrect posture, which is concerning. I didn't hire one though, so it's only an outside perspective.
All in all, good place to workout and I will definitely go back when I'm in town.

I started to go here recently and I liked it. For the upper body exercises the equipments are all good but for the legs there is only a few, like for hams and calves there is only one equipment. The legs equipments are more focused on quads. Other than that everything is good.
