I've been a member of Liv Athlete Fitness Studio for about four months, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The gym is well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights, and the trainers, Lakshmi annd Abin, are very much friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciate how they're always ready to answer my questions and help me with new exercises. The cleanliness of the gym is also a big plus, as it's always well-maintained.

Its been two months i have joined the gym and happy to share that i have seen improvements in both physically and mentally. Thanks to the coaches out there for the friendly behavior and support.

The trainers are friendly and guide me to exercises and equipment use. The gym has a welcoming atmosphere and, complemented by calming music. It feels like a family.
