This club has got daily one to two hours exercise in the morning. The exercise give you flexibility and energy to work for the whole day. Besides, there are numerous disease which can/are prevent or cured at this club. Fun Fitness Friendship club of Thrissur is a local community of like minded friends who wish to live a healthy and joyful life. Members belong to different age groups but sync well once they are accustomed. They assemble at the Basket Ball court adjacent to Christuraj Bhawan at Kuriachira early morning everyday and have exercises of variuos kinds in a very structured manner. They also play basketball and does some weight lifting, meditation etc. too. The activities are carried out in a very disciplined manner but always accompanied with fun and frolic at every moment. This style ensure that one gets physical well being coupled with satisfaction and happiness. Mentor of this community is Mr. O. L. Thomas (Asiad Medalist) fondly called as Thomasettan. He is THE LEADER with a young mind and body. Most of the members are from Kuriachira and nearby localities and there are a few who come in vehicles to be a part of FFF. Nice community to be with and one can spend a few hours of everyday to be a healthy and happy human being.

I joined this fabulous club a few weeks ago and I can personally vouch for the fact that the name of the club actually justifies every activity that takes place there.I had gone there with the initial trepidation, but the way I was welcomed and embraced by every member,it was as though they knew me for ages.Where fitness is concerned, Mr.Thomas,a certified NIS coach,explained every exercise scientifically and logically and it made me realize that a lot of research has gone into setting up this routine. Lots of added inputs by Mr.Babu,Mr.Shaju,and our fun loving Annie chechi,just to name a few,there are many of them,makes this an apt place to be in,first thing in the morning. They also have great fun trips and tours to nearby places. All in all an awesome club.Kudos to all those who started this venture many eons ago. I definitely am on the path to shed all those extra kilos,thanks to all the wonderful people here.

This is a venue where we, about 40, 50 or even above sixty people, men and women assemble daily between morning 6.30 and about 9 'O' clock and perform various activities and work out proceedures property tailored according to the physical condition of the individuals, including playing basketball, for body fitness under the able guidance of our fitness guru sri O L Thomas sir. O L Thomas sir is a Veteran first Asian games Malayali medal winner. He is a retired Indian Air force senani. He is also a very well known veteran trainer for various sports and games endeavours. Every day morning, apart from the physical fitness activities, we used to have sessions of loud laughing, chitchatting, enjoying mini celebrations for our individual members birthdays, marriage anniversaries or other such important occasions etc.. The dialogues and chitchatting give us mental satisfaction and happiness which helps us all to get rid of the agony of remaining serious most of the time at home for most of the senior citizens of our present day socity. The name given to this venue is Fun, Fitness and Friendship in the Christhu Raj Bhavan premises.

I came to know about this club about 4 yrs back through Mr. OL Thomas an international athelete and NIS Patiala qualified coach.Since shifting to Kerala recently I and my wife are regular there.A wonderful bunch of lovely people as the name reads.
