Fitnesszone Thrissur

So I have worked out in all the premium gyms in thrissur and I decided to make use of their 3-days trial sessions. First things first, the gym is quite spacious with a good space to warm up, a dedicated padded area for jumps, sledge pulls/push, plenty of mats. What sets this space apart from the other gyms is the availability of 3 cable machines, 3 lat pull down, 4 places for pull ups, squat rack, horizontally moving smith machine which is one of a kind, machine lateral raise which takes the traps out of the equation. Very well equipped gym for all levels of fitness/body building enthusiasts. In addition to these equipments, there are plenty of treadmills, a few cycles, ski-erg, rowing machine, and a cross fit space. During my trial sessions, I felt all the trainers to be friendly and courteous, especially Mr. Vishnu who I dealt with. Great place to work out, though the evenings can get crowded. Apart from all this, for the members they also have a steam room and an ice bath facility which needs to be booked in advance. My only qualm being that the men' washroom area seems to have a drainage problem or the lack of proper ventilation causing the air to stagnate. Due to traffic/commute issues I have decided to not join here, but otherwise it's a great place. Keep moving, keep grinding

Fitness Zone Gym in Thrissur is hands down one of the best gyms in the city! Spread across a spacious 15,000 sq. ft., the gym is extremely well-maintained, neat, and clean. It has an impressive range of equipment targeting every muscle group, especially legs -- perfect for anyone serious about building lower body strength. There are dedicated zones for warming up and for Zumba dance, which shows how well the gym caters to different fitness preferences. The shower and cold bath areas are clean and refreshing after an intense workout. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches like dedicated shoe racks for members and secure lockers to keep personal items safe during workouts. Overall, a top-notch gym experience with excellent facilities. Highly recommended!

Coming from the US to India, going to the gym isn't something I can usually do on vacation. But joining FitnessZone for my 6 weeks there was easily the best decision I made! The gym still looks brand new with top of the line equipment. There are so many trainers and they always go out of their way to help out, correct your form, and make the flow of the gym efficient even during busy hours (special shoutout to Mr. Bersing and Mr. Aneesh for all their help). Overall, absolutely thrilled with my experience at Fitness Zone and I know it'll be my go to during my vacations in India.

The Place Gym is an awesome place. All the equipment is new and in good working condition. The staff is really helpful, and a personal trainer is also available. However, two-wheeler parking is inconvenient and located behind the building

The gym is great and the trainers there are very friendly. The building where the fitness zone operates has great establishments like Zudio, Grillax, Center for Advanced Dentistry and The Better Agency, but if you are planning to come here on a well-maintained bike, you will definitely be disappointed. The owners of this building have provided parking facilities that do not consider two-wheelers at all.# Two wheeler parking #
