Me and my brother have been members at Fitness Fusion for 3 months now, and I would say it has been a super fun ride for us.The place has a nice vibe to work out and we have an urge to go there every mornings. I want to say it's because of the good nice helpful beautiful well trained trainers over there. I reduced 10 kgs in 3 months with a great body transformation and also I can see my mental wellness also been improved.My brother also feels great about his health and body too. We have seen significant improvements in our strength and stamina.The positive and motivating atmosphere created by the entire team makes working out something I actually look forward to. My journey till here will be incomplete without mentioning them because they all played a positive role in my beautiful transformation journey.I thank Ramya Shahira Fabna Abhijith Goutham Adarsh Rizwan Fanas Aswin Pranav and Solomon. And also I like Ann Thushara and Midhila for their warm energetic receiving. And ofcourse Mr Vipin Das Guidance and motivational approach towards the fitness was there for me all throughout and Thank you Vipin for it. Overall, Fitness Fusion is highly regarded for its premium excellent facilities, advanced equipments and exceptional, friendly trainers.

We joined as a couple for personal training with Pranav, and it has truly been the best gym experience for both of us. Though my husband has been to other gyms before, this one felt completely different -- more focused, more personal, and so much more effective. It was my first gym experience, and I joined just 5 months after my C-section. Pranav was extremely patient and attentive, tailoring every workout to match our individual needs and limitations. He took personal care to understand all our physical issues and even answered the smallest of queries with genuine concern. In just three months, we've seen a drastic transformation -- not just in our bodies, but in our overall energy and confidence too. Couldn't recommend this place (and Pranav!) enough for anyone looking for real, guided, and result-driven fitness. Thank you team fitness fusion .

Edit : So I worked out here for 6 months under the PT of Mr. Solomon. As a 38 year old who never worked out till that point and never did anything, Solomon was super patient and guided me well and within the 4th month muscle definitions were quite visible and I have been stronger than ever before. And at all times Mr. Vipin has been available for any clarifications. In addition to the PT, they also have HIIT and/or functional group trainings on Saturday which is so much fun and really pushes the cardiovascular endurance. Due to reasons of commute I couldn't continue here and since then have moved on to another gym and always miss this place Since then having worked out in other "premium" gym with better equipments, I feel Fusion Fitness is hands down the best gym in thrissur, especially because of the certified trainers who all follow Mr. Vipin' training regiment and protocol and who are all very professional. I have also had to deal with Ashwin who is full of life, very motivating and supportive. Original Review Sept 2024 : Opened up just a few months back, so still very much brand new. Over the years I have been to several gyms both inside & outside India and have some seen some really fine gyms that are maintained meticulously, clutter free, all the equipments in its assigned places and most importantly neat & tidy. This is a place that ticks all the boxes. Although the gym membership fees is on the higher (relatively) side, the equipments are all technologically advanced and are designed to be as close as possible to the human bio-mechanics. Some equipments are designed in a way that ensures a complete beginner can effortlessly and easily maintain the perfect form to execute reps as good as a professional can. There are also machines (not the smith machine) that mimics the dead lift, squat and weighted lunges without actually having to hold a barbell or a dumbell. Takes complexity out of the equation and makes execution of reps easy for those struggling with posture, form & stability. They have 10 treadmills that are all UPS connected such that in an event of an unforseen power failure (which is common in this part of the world) the treadmills will have enough power to slowdown safely and stop, than abruptly come to a dangerous & unexpected halt. In addition to this, they have elliptical cross trainers, stationary bikes amongst all the usual cardio, core, and weight training equipments. Cross fit is on the 2nd floor, along with a few more high intensity cardio machines like the never before seen high knees machine that mimics the high knees without having to worry about ankle or knee damage/stress due to the shock of stomping the ground, and in addition to this they also have ski-machine that takes cardio endurance to a whole another level. Both the sauna & steam are maintained very hygienically which is super important. The basic membership covers the use of all these facilities except the steam & sauna, and within this membership plan a work out regiment is also provided whose implementation too is taken care of by a trainer who will monitor our progress. This is tailored to suit each individual's need and this is decided based on the anatomical analysis provided by an AI powered in-body analysis (which I hope is accurate) that gives detailed body composition regarding muscle mass, bone density, posture, body age et cetera. This test is complimentary, based on which dietary suggestions and meal plans are provided, which is curated to individual needs and preferences. For a more specific and individually focussed attention, personal training packages too are available which have to be paid for in addition to the membership fees, starting at INR 12,000/- per month. All things considered, prices charged are very reasonable respective to facilities provided and quality of services offered.

It's been a year since I joined TUFF with my daughter and we've been going through a beautiful journey. We both feel energised and satisfied with their amazing team of trainers and their top notch services. Those who wish to maintain your fitness can confidently join TUFF.

My experience at Fitness Fusion in Thrissur was very good albeit very short. I found that by working with the fitness team, it provided me with valuable guidance in the correct use of the work-out equipment, warm-up and stretching exercises. There was very good ambience at the location and the trainers and admin staff were very friendly and patient. Special mention of help received from Rajesh, Shahina, Gautam, Gokul and Ashwin, in that order, who tried their best to make my experience at the centre a good one and gave me useful tips with regards to achieving my personal fitness goals. I hope to try the facilities again on my next visit. A point for feedback would be future provision for short trainer-led group sessions (30 minutes or so) such as Zumba or Yoga that would help with general fitness, which would fit into a wider portfolio of exercise programmes to pick and choose from. They start with the body analysis and cater to our prime needs professionally. Team FITNESS FUSION is always high on energy, motivating, and always willing to help reach our goals. The group fitness classes are diverse and fun. Personal training sessions are tailored to our needs. I've seen significant improvements in my physical health and mental well-being. Best fitness gym in Thrissur. Got the results in just 4 months that too without any injuries. The gym has top notch fitness trainers , they will give you personalised training and has good ambience to workout. I haven't done any exercises alone. They will make sure that each exercise is done in correct posture . The gym is very clean and we can do the exercises at our own pace, without any rush. It's a great place to start your fitness journey

I really appreciate Mr. Vibin and his trainers. The training provided by Suraj was superb. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and organized. The equipment are TUFF and high-quality--truly commendable. The ambiance is very good and comfortable for working out. Good luck to Team Universal!
