Very poorly maintained. Trainers are not efficient especially krishna (beard one). He only guides you if you pay the money for personal trainer. Otherwise he won't even show how to do the workout (even if we are doing the workout first time). He simply says that do that one and we have to ask the other people (doing workout) for guidance. Trainers are only interested in training girls. Very poor service

But do not take personal training from them if your personal trainer is AMBARISH tall person more than six feet tall my advice to you is stay away from him he is not worth theoney you pay for never says you the diet to follow he need's money for every thing apart from PT expenses, no one I wonder got a complete result from that trainer
