I had purchased a stepper from Leeway to be gifted to someone. These guys sent a used/demo piece. It has scratches and the mat on the stepper was coming out. I sent mail to them with all the photos and videos but no response. The sales guy called me and was telling a story that the rubber mat will come out due to heat. It is a pathetic service and hopeless products. Don't buy anything from Leeway they are very unprofessional.
