I myself is a housewife for past 15 yrs, but when I decided to join Fitness Factory I stepped in with lots of confusions, in the sense whether I will be able to push myself or not, but Ragesh made me put an end to all these confusions. He is an excellent trainer, very supportive&a great friend too. He was the one who always motivates, who always be by ur side to help u whenever u become little down, he says no try try try "U CAN".This just pushes us forward & gives u an inner strength &confidence.
