I have been looking for a good gym in Edapally for a long time. My problems with most gyms that make me dissatisfied is 1) Gym is poorly maintained 2) Trainer is not concerned about the well-being of those that he coaches/ Trainer is complacent 3) Overpriced 4) Difficult atmosphere within the gym 5) Lack of guidance for a beginner like me to learn to appreciate coming to gym. I have been coming consistently to CFS for a month now and I plan to keep coming because all of the above is satisfied for me. The trainer is not just fit, but also a very wise man, who really cares for those that are working to improve themselves. Based on my experience, it is rare to find a trainer who understands that beginners can't be asked to pick up heavy weights or do any form of weight training without proper conditioning. At CFS, the trainer (Prashant sir) is fully committed to the people in the gym. He suggests very healthy diets for beginners to help condition their body and motivates them to commit to their weight loss/ exercise journey. He is well educated in the art, and has won multiple accolades as a professional body builder. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, you can rest assured that the gym is well equipped with the right machines as well as a professional trainer who knows his stuff extremely well. Good luck!

Absolutely thrilled with my recent gym experience in Kochi! I'm a regular gym-goer in Bangalore, but during my summer vacation, I stumbled upon a fantastic gym right near my temporary home, conveniently located in front of the Modern Bread Factory. What a gym! First off, the gym was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The equipment was top-notch, clearly of very high quality, and perfectly suited for muscle mass building. I was truly impressed by the selection and the smooth functionality of everything. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the gym coach. He was incredibly benevolent and genuinely invested in helping me reach my fitness goals. His guidance and encouragement were invaluable. In just a few days, I noticed a significant increase in my muscle mass, which is a testament to both the quality of the equipment and the coach's expertise. It's rare to find a gym that ticks all the boxes - clean, well-equipped, and with a supportive coach. This gym in Kochi exceeded my expectations in every way. Well maintained and great workout place. Trainner is highly professional. All sort of machines & equipments are available here. Reasonable fees, 7 days working. Diet plans are given to each client. The owner and coach of the gym is very passionate about fitness and he has decades of experience in the field, also a winner of competitions. He takes personal interest in each member's fitness goals and offers guidance and motivation. Highly recommended.
