Forza is the best gym in ernakulam. The trainers are very friendly and helpful. When I took my first step inside the gym the receptionist was very polite. The gym consists of trainers who are very experienced elite lifters. One of the best decision I made was joining this particular gym. Another interesting fact about the gym is that the gym is very very tidy and well ordered.The trainers will surely help us to lift and push to our limits. When we enter the gym, it is full of positive and a powerful energy.For me Jayadev and Pious are the best trainers. The gym consists of modern and best equipments and machines. So this is the best gym you can find in ernakulam. The owners are also very very friendly. Thankyou

Below average gym compared to a modern city gym. On top of that, the staff were condescending. Not sure if it's the Kerala gym culture, the trainer was very rude and the owner wasn't very different. Myself being involved in sports scene, I can see why people in India are generally not motivated into athletics. It's the people who run such establishments. They act like they invented running.
