I have never been a gym fanatic, for that matter I used to avoid gyms for want of playing. With that said, things started to change with D5n palarivattom. Have I lost a lot of weight, probably not. But have I added strength, muscle, body definition - hell yeah ! And this is what I was looking for - be stronger, be able to push harder. I believe the trainers and management and staff at d5n palarivattom does a great job. The ambience is great and people do alternate music - fresh strains of music is always welcome. Cherry on top, the crowd is amazing, you make friends and you workout .. got to believe man has always been a social animal even when toiling. :) Very special thanks to Steven. He is not your conventional personal trainer. I will tell you, he's been a huge factor in me liking the gym and being regular. I've seen that he creates a camaraderie with his clients, always ready to help and always on top of their diet and workout plans. He pushes with a ramp so as to not overwhelm... And when he pushes, you'll know it ( trust me ). Well, for def I ain't gonna give out his secrets :) thank you bro for helping us through this journey. Side note - his body stature aside, the fella is a beast ! ( Curl 50kgs much ? ;) )

I've been going to this gym for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. The equipment is top-notch, always clean and well-maintained. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. What I love the most is the positive atmosphere--everyone, from beginners to pros, feels welcome. The classes are fun and energetic, and the personalized attention makes a huge difference.

I've been training at d5N Fitness, Palarivattom, and the experience has been fantastic. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines, clean facilities, and a motivating atmosphere that really pushes you to stay consistent. A special thanks to the trainers - Abhay, Rafi, and Sujin. Right now i am working out with Abhay and he is really good and can see the results for the effort and he is very supportive to push our limits. Other clients and all the staffs are very supportive and friendly. They also have many celebrations and other activities like get-together, cricket matches ... etc for the gym members across branches and that helps in networking. Whether you're a beginner or someone looking to level up, these trainers offer the right guidance and support. Highly recommend d5N Fitness if you're looking for results and a positive workout environment.

I joined Darc1 Fitness Centre recently, and my experience has been great so far. The gym has all modern machines and free weights. The trainers are supportive and help with workout plans and diet tips. The ambiance is energetic, which keeps you motivated to push harder.

D'arc Fitness Palarivattom is an awesome gym to workout at. The staff are amazing as well as the people working out at the gym. We are all motivating each other to be our best selves. Thank you to our trainer Steven Sebastian for training my husband and I to be our best selves. We appreciate all the challenges you have given us. Now as a couple we enjoy working out. We have fun and we are able to see a difference in our bodies. We have started to enjoy strength training and HIT. We are becoming stronger in mind and soul :)

I joined the gym couple of months back. My current trainer is Steven. You really can't get anyone better. He is a trainer, advisor, consultant, friend & confidant. He knows your strengths better than you know yourself. If I say I can't, he says you can nd then you just end up doing it. He encourages you to achieve the target he has set. I prefer playing games than exercising but ever since I started gym, I look forward to it. The atmosphere is good nd the crowd is friendly. The gym is maintained well. The other trainers are very helpful too.

Perfect Place to Transform Yourself" I've been to many gyms, but this one stands out. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, the space is always clean, and the vibe is just right. They focus on your personal fitness journey, not just memberships. Totally worth every rupee!

Extremely disappointed with this gym. I have never come across a fitness center that actively discourages its members simply because my mom dint sign up for personal training. Instead of supporting and motivating, they choose to shame and belittle. The sales representatives and the trainers are extremely pushy making it uncomfortable to get the workout done. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and goes against the very purpose of a gym. Frankly, they don't deserve to be part of a community that values health, support, and well-being.
