I have been training at Win Gym, Udupi for the past two months, including personalized sessions with a personal trainer. The overall experience has been highly positive. The gym maintains excellent hygiene standards, offers a well-equipped workout space, and provides an encouraging atmosphere for consistent progress. My personal training sessions were particularly effective--helping me to reduce almost 5 kilograms in two months without any fancy diet routine and significantly improve my energy levels and overall fitness. The trainers are knowledgeable, disciplined, and genuinely committed to achieve measurable results for their clients. Daily reminder calls from personal trainer is a wonderful encouraging experience to keep our routine. I took 75 days personal training program to achieve by body weight and with the guidance of Mr Shashidhar ( Gym owner and trainer) I have significantly lost 10 kgs and reached my body weight.Trainers are highly experienced,supportive and disciplined . I trained here with my son for a month and had a very good experience. My son took personal training and ended up losing 5 kg in 25 days. The owner who is also the trainer is very knowledgeable and encouraging. He gradually increases the intensity of workouts in a way that feels smooth and manageable. With a good diet and consistency you can lose a good amount of weight in a healthy way. Gym is also very clean and hygeinic. Equipments are also well maintained.
