Miss Beena (the female fitness trainer) is the greatest in her industry. She played an important part in getting me fit and encouraging me to make the necessary lifestyle modifications. She has also encouraged me through my highs and lows, which has strengthened my confidence. In other words, a great trainer. I sincerely suggest her. The e-fitness gym is well-equipped and has just the top brand machines; the atmosphere is extremely inspiring.

Avoid E-Fitness Gym in Udupi - Unprofessional and Hostile Environment My experience at E-Fitness was extremely disappointing. One of the owners--an overweight man who frequently shows up to work out--completely disrupts the gym atmosphere. He blasts music at deafening volumes, making it impossible to talk, concentrate, or follow trainers' instructions. Despite my polite requests to lower the volume due to a medical ear condition, he rudely dismissed me, stating he "can't work out without loud music" and told me to wait outside until he's done. On another occasion, he even threatened me, arrogantly asserting that as the owner, I had no right to complain. His behavior is loud, aggressive, and inconsiderate--not just to clients, but also towards his own staff, whom he yells at openly. Trainers are skilled and respectful, but clearly powerless under his control. I ended up canceling my membership due to this toxic environment, risking my health and peace of mind. I wasn't given a full refund, and lost money on personal training fees I could no longer use. This is hands down the worst gym experience I've had--anywhere. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value respect, professionalism, or a safe space to work out.

She has also cheered in my highs and lows, definitely boosted my confidence. In other words, excellent trainer. I truly recommend her. E-fitness gym is well equipped and having best of best brand machines, ambience is also motivating.

Manager Mr Prashanth is rude and discriminating customer. Bathroom is available for shower but no heater so be aware during rainy season. Mr Jason is humble person. Don't know why slippers aren't allowed in shower room. Though cleaners are there but we can't wear slippers inside shower room which is unhygienic.

Worst Coach , Gym is good but coach is worst . If your Beginner then i definitely not recommend going to this gym but if your aware of what your doing then definitely you can go there

Was in town for a couple of days and was searching for a good gym. To my surprise this is a very well equipped gym - rare to find in mumbai too. Very happy with the place and had a great experience - good luck

It is a huge and well-equipped gym. One floor for cardio primarily and another for strength training. Trainers are friendly and helpful unlike a lot of the gyms. Parking is an issue at times since it's located under some offices. Rates are very reasonable.
