Comfortable and friendly trainer for ladies staff specially. Best gym with good environment in Mandi city. I will definitely be returning on my next leave. Training here for like 7 months now and here is a brief discussion about major points we all want in our gym
1. Machines - well all I can ask for is hack squat which is not available here but rest all the basic and advanced machines you need are available
2. Space - well I do feel like there is a bit of a lack of space here but I can ignore this point as it's properly ventilated and conditioned but yeah if it gets a bit crowded you may feel a bit discomfort.
3. Vibes - personally I like the vibe and fellas I met here friendly, helping and supportive
4. Music - well no complaints at all I mean no one stops you from playing what you want just let the one song finish and there you go play what you want!
5. Aesthetics- ahem I'm not really exaggerating it but this is one of the reasons I like this gym it's just best for gym content tbh.
6. Trainers - awesome, just ask them the exercise or help you need they are always available.

I play badminton n i was facing injury in my shoulder but the way the trainers helped me get rid of my shoulder pain and helped me gain strength in shoulder n worked on my overall fitness..
