Trainers are very hard working and very humble. Best gym in mandi. Trainers are very helpful and non judgemental. Equipments are modern. Positive and motivating environment. I really enjoying my workout session with my trainer Ms Ambika Anand. She motivates all of us to stay fit and she help us alot during our workout. Amazing people. I joined this gym as a complete beginner and I must say it has been a really positive experience so far . Special thanks to ambika mam who gives proper guidance and how to use the equipments safely and also suggests healthy and homemade diet . The gym is clean , well maintained and has a good variety of machines. I also appreciate the supportive environment everyone seems focused on their own fitness which makes me comfortable as a newcomer. I felt very motivated and encouraged here . Highly recommend this gym to anyone starting their fitness journey .
