No dearth of instructors. The gym has a nice workout ambience. Instructors are efficient. Professionalism needs to be worked upon. Aerobics and yoga are the best here. Trainers and staff needs to work on their interpersonal skills. Merely money making motive don't work for retaining clients.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Worst Experience ever. No good trainers at all, No good office m/accounts staff. Owner Sometimes do helps you out if any problem. Staff is cheat. Especially their Main Staff Mr. Ravi Kamboj, who keeps on putting 5 star ratings and good reviews from his own account, he sells you membership with false and fake commitments. He is very sweet and helpful to you at time of selling you membership, and after you pay for membership, he changes his colour and become extremely disrespectful and annoying. They promised me a brand new gym kit at time of Membership which was in April 2017, they kept on procrastinating and its October 2018, no kit has been given to me despite of commitments of owner. Thanks for this worst experience. Would never join this gym again. STRICTLY DON'T recommend THIS GYM to anyone.

Nice gym, one of the best in the city with CrossFit training area and they've been upgrading regularly. But half of the time, they also play worst songs you'd hear anywhere. A bit Punjabi is fine, but the lowness sometimes is unbearable of such cheap folk Punjabi.

Workout 24/7 gym is amazing place in karnal for increase fitness level,gain SMM, Decrease fat level,Build & Gain confidence level.There are many types of classes started Aerobics, Extreme core & ABT classes are build your core strong, loose belly fat. Workout 24/7 have many types of DMT TOOLS.these tools are very useful for building stamina. These tools are giving maximum results in minimum time.I love this place. Thank you workout 24/7 giving me best results. I loss 32kg. With in 11months. Great transformation.

Sunday closed. It's gd gym but equipment needs repair n replacement. Spl free weight. N bathroom stink in this gym. Rest it's gd for beginners.

Unprofessional caretaker/owner and gym staff. Caretaker/owner fights with almost everyone for one reason or the other, and even his language is not suitable. Not safe for girls/family.
