My trainer, Surinder, is very dedicated and hardworking. He always ensures that I maintain the correct posture during exercises and provides proper guidance on both diet and weight training. His supportive and helpful nature keeps me motivated, and I feel truly thankful to have such a committed and caring trainer by my side.

Dont know if its a gym or just an overlyhyped & overlypriced area. The services here sucks! Closed consequetively for 3 days! Closed on all sundays! Closed on all holidays or any day that tends to have a chance of holiday! The Sauna (Steam) that they promise is always under maintanance! But Yeah, they will charge you for everything! Makes you visit all the areas and then they will handover you a hefty bill! The problem is not the price! But it's not totally worth it!!! The amenities that they promise are never always running full time! And the frequent holidays and offs, will just frustrate your discplined workouts! Only the trainers are good and the cleanliness is maintained, thats why the 2 stars! I have quit last month due to frequent "closed today" scenes. I think its only time, that real brands like "The Gold's Gym" might come to karnal and provide a professional and disciplined service, at a far far better price!

Recently, Rex gym have taken the vendorship of indoor sports complex. Now they have all the indoor sports facilities like indoor swimming, pool, gym, badminton court and much more. Even they have a healthy cafe which is inside the premises. the staff will give you all the knowledge about the facilities.
