Highly recommended place to be fit and get into shape. Well maintained and hygienic. Being a member myself, I can say there are super energetic workouts which will help you boost the energy and gain confidence in your fitness journey. The trainer is specialised in different workouts and is very motivating and helpful.
Best gym with friendly atmosphere and best Trainer. I have an endomorph bodytype which leads to difficulty in loosing weight But I found great results in very short span of time and I lost 7kgs in 40 days and lots of inches. One of the best trainer and coach who can teach you whatever you want by way scientific about muscles and nutrition. Must join for getting better results.

If you want amazing results in short duration then you must consider him as your trainer.
Early days gym trainer good but after few days when you submit the fees he ask daily for personal traing and he just try to sell supliment whether you need or not his only aim is to sell the suppliments
