Best time to go avoid rush :
- 11Am-4pm or after 8pm
Cons:
- Don't expect much from trainers
- Equipments are good but old. Though they are serviced regularly, they often break down.
- ACs on the cardio floor are mostly turned off.
- Too much rush during peak hours.
Pros:
- Firendly staff
- Cheap. You can expect to pay ~5200 for 5 months.
- Steam room(meh).
- Table tennis, good for the days when you don't want to workout or cooling down after workout.

i have taken a 6 month package in this gym and i personally love the environment and atmosphere here.... talking about the coaches, yes they have many coaches here and all of them are very nice and supportive , i m under trainer, Ravi sir and he has been very supportive and always gives me right directions and tells the exercises with benefits and also tells the side effects of doing exercises in wrong postures/ ways. Overall i would recommend this gym
