Thanks to Team Reload and my mentor , Mr. Ashish Bhandari , I can pen down the immense benefits of training for the last one and a half years : 1) Weight loss : 10 kgs ( from 73 kgs to 63 kgs ). 2) No requirement of wearing a collar around the neck for Cervical pain due to strengthening of muscles . 3) No requirement of wearing a back belt for back pain due to strength and conditioning. 4) Lowering of Thyroid medication. 5) Cholesterol levels back to normal. 6) Stamina and fitness levels have improved tremendously. I have been using this Gym for the last couple of months after prodding by my children who have been their regular clients for the last few years.I had noticed a considerable change in the physique of my children but was hesitant to go to gym due to my spinal problems.After assurance from Daksh i restarted my gyming and am very glad to share that i have been hugely benefitted by using this Gym's facilities.Gym is very well equipped and has a great set of trainers.Special mention for my PT Mohit who is always on top of the job.So much so that sometimes when i am not inclined to go to the gym,it is the perseverance of mohit that motivates me.The receptionist is a very pleasant personality and is always eager to assist.Daksh takes personal attention in the finer aspects of running the gym.The ambience is great.Certainly the best Gym in ambala and the entire area around.

If anyone comes in this gym there main focous is to provide personal training (PT). If anyone refuse this then,they are not focous. They are showing their standard but there is nothing over there. Moreover,there trainer are not focoud. it is a waste of money .

The gym is very neat and clean. The helping staff and cooperative trainers. The gym is totally well maintained. I am happy client of reload fitness.

worst service, no legit policy which are in favor of pervious customers, i brought 3months membership, but due to work I had to take a break, that around for 4 months, as a result they said your membership is over, you have to pay more, if u want to enroll, what is this ! *receptionist has a personal ego problem, no idea of tackling medial class customers
