Trainers are busy showing off instead of helping members. It's overcrowded all the time and feels more like a hangout spot than a fitness center. The owner acts like he's doing a favor by letting people join, zero manners and zero management. Honestly, joining this gym was the worst decision ever.
If you spent half the effort on fixing your gym as you do on defending yourself here, maybe people wouldn't have to leave such reviews. careless trainers, overcrowding and an arrogant owner can't be covered up by asking for "receipts." The problem isn't the receipt, the problem is your gym.

Worst gym in Ambala cantt
My experience at this gym has been very disappointing. The trainers spend most of their time chatting with each other and only pay attention to their friends, completely ignoring other members. The gym is always overcrowded, which makes working out uncomfortable. On top of that, the owner has a lot of attitude and doesn't care to listen to members' concerns. There is no professionalism or proper management here. Definitely not recommended.

Trainers are busy with their friends and female clients or mostly they are gossiping with each other
Usually the air conditioners are turned off for cost cutting treadmils are said to be out of order for no reason... initially they told me that they have 7-8 trainers but they are not actually trainers they all need to be trained first of all no one have sense to talk everyone have high ego and attitude .... i must say this gym is biggest failure
I have visited other pro ultimate brances also but this branch is really a bad place a biggest failure pro ultimate must change the owners or staff in this gym
