My Fitness Club || Best Gym, Fitness Centre

I've been training at this gym for over 2 years and it has been an amazing experience. The certified trainer is very professional, friendly, and makes workouts safe and effective--especially for beginners like me. I started with zero knowledge and now I've even learned powerlifting here. The gym is aesthetic, well-maintained, located in a prime area, and completely safe for girls at any time. Plus, it's the only gym in the city on the ground floor, which makes it very convenient. Highly recommended!

Post delivery I put on a lot of weight and wasn't feeling good with my body. Was tired of hurting and being disgusted with how I looked and not able to fit in any clothes. Also Started feeling uncomfortable being around with my family and friends as I was very skinny/ fit before. At times I dont want to have pictures taken also. I knew what I needed to help my weight loss goals and I was sure that "My Fitness Club" will definitely help me in achieving the same. This gym has got the excellent equipment. Trainer is very friendly and supportive. His knowledge regarding fitness and physiology is outstanding. He is also good at designing, developing, and implementing fitness plans and workout regimens.I'm so happy I made the right decision to join this gym. A lot has changed now for the better after joining this gym. I have discovered new confidence as I lost inches of fat over my first six months of training. Its an amazing feeling as i can fit into my older clothes now. I would totally recommend it to anyone struggling to lose weight/ or to be fit.

It has been a year, I am been working out in this gym. The gym is provided with an equipments from the reputed company "Being Strong", hence reliable. The location of the gym is good for every individual, provided with parking lot and also the gym is spacious. From health and hygiene point of view, the gym is super clean, free from any kind of odour, its fresh and refreshing everytime. The people you workout with are much friendly, the coach in the gym is incredibly good person by heart and at his profession; he considers every individual the same - no partiality and no special treatment. It has been a year and since today he treats and train me like a fresher, guide me at the areas concerned. The couch know your limits and help to puch it up to the next level. I highly recommend this gym for the new beginners, so that they can change their mindset towards the exercise and make it as a routine of their life.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING EQUIPMENTS! The owner here is incredibly friendly and stays on top of us! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. I trained here for about 8 weeks and would highly recommend this gym.

One of the best gyms opened in Valsad. Would highly recommend to go for this one, don't for reviews like having a smaller space for grinding but got for equipment's which are high maintenance and definitely new and decent quality. Good lighting and clean mirrors for a flexing. Also has good sense about body health and fitness and one who trains is well knowledgeable and shares good tips to grow ones body. Also might have less equipment's but are well figured out that can replace other exercises and these equipment's are mostly from Salman's brand " Being Strong" durable and good quality. They also have better offers than other gyms and one of the affordable gym to be taken admissions in. Go for it.
