An amazing gym for ladies Different and personalised workouts everyday..like yoga,zumba,pilates,bodybuilding,floor exercises,cardio etc... The trainer-Priya Sharma is a ver well trained trainer who pays personal attention to all the members even in a group of 30 women doing exercise together she will catch all the minute wrong postures or details and correct you.. The equipments are always clean and diverse and with proper changing rooms..Out of all the gyms the general social behaviour from gym trainers is best(they are not rude/notmean/not money oriented)... Good ventilation as well. Not full 5 stars -- only problem I found is space for floor exercise/yoga and less cardio machines as compared to the population attending the gym But worth the money!!!so can ignore the less cardio machines. (I am not sure about the other batches as never been in them)

Awesome Gym with excellent equipment. Multiple and plenty of weights and exercise machines. Kept clean and maintained well. All coaches are brilliant too... would definitely recommend, after using UK equipment this gym is absolutely up to top standards!

Gym is clean and maintains hygiene. Good quality and wide range of equipments for overall fitness. Monthly cost is also low and affordable. No admission fees is charged. The staff is friendly and cooperative. Ambience and culture is also great.

Gym is very big, according to price in valsad i would choose this on 1st if you don't have budget issue go for md 700 otherwise this is best in budget gym for now atleast in 2023
