I was suffering from spine problem for the last 10 years and faced a lot of pain. I had visited so many rheumatologists, orthopaedic, ayurvedics and physiotherapists but was not getting satisfactory results. I joined here in August 23. In this one year I am getting very good results. Where my whole body movement almost stopped. Nowadays I am feeling very energetic and relieved from pain. Pradeep sir and Mam have great knowledge on yoga. They are very helpful and their friendly behaviour is too good. There is a full positive vibe in the yoga centre.

One of my friend suggested me about Tatvabodh Yogshala and i joined here in Sept'23 in 1 month time frame only I had found tremendous result and feeling so energetic and relieved from pain andbthat too only through their yog therapy so medicine only exercises. Sir has great knowledge about his field and he is very friendly, atmosphere here is like family, individual attention given to every person depending on their issue.
