The songs playing at the gym time sucks for real. Trainers are pathetic despite the promises you get while taking a subscription, the reviews given for trainers are not false. They will train you on first 2 days and you work out on your own. Others I think its normal as usual like the other gyms but please make some changes on trainers, they don't care unless you pay a personal trainer fee

Disrespectful Behavior & No Communication on Timings. I've been a regular member at this gym since October 2024, and always visited in the evenings never during the day. Today, for the first time in eight months, I came around early afternoon 03:00PM and was unexpectedly asked to leave, being told it was "ladies-only time." Until today, I was never informed about any gender-specific slots. No PDF, WhatsApp message, or printed schedule was ever shared. When I respectfully asked for clarification, the only response I got was: "This is what it is." Extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I completely respect ladies-only hours for privacy and cultural reasons but how are members supposed to follow rules that were never communicated? I hope management takes responsibility and starts sharing clear schedules and trains their team to behave respectfully with members who have genuine questions.

Everything is great, except for the music you play during workouts. The songs--especially the love songs--are not suitable for an exercise environment. We're here to focus on fitness, not to listen to romantic tracks. Additionally, a few female trainers tend to sing along loudly, which can be frustrating. It would be appreciated if you could look into this and make some adjustments.

Gym shifted to new opposite location which is really huge and new equipments with clean environment. You can do exercise as per your choice. There is also times for male and females workout

Since joining F9 Gym in May, I have been following my routine exercises and cardio as usual, but without extra energy. I was unaware of this, but today, a gym trainer noticed and finally told me that I come every day and do my regular workout without any energy. He offered to help me with some power workouts, and I said YES. He taught me power exercises without any personal intention, even though he is not my personal trainer. I feel so happy after completing the workout! I would like to say thank you very much to Mr. Azaz Shaikh; he is a great gentleman who helps people. Thank you to the management team for hiring such a humble and helpful trainer! I am happy to be a part of Gym F9.

Most important: Please take action quickly. I am a current member of this gym. I would like to offer some advice to the management team to help run the gym more effectively: For a long time, multiple machines have been broken and not working, and there seems to be no effort to repair them. All the trainers appear to be present just for show. They are not helpful to new or old members. Instead, they spend most of their time talking in groups, sitting in places where members are unlikely to ask for help, hugging, and shaking hands with each other. This behavior shows a lack of professionalism. The management team should take strict action to improve this situation and better serve the members. There are no classes being arranged, such as Yoga, Zumba, etc.

I will give 5 star for equipment and 1 star to the staff They are good for nothing, Workouts are not customized and it doesn't meet my requirements Doing workouts all by myself. During enrollment they made promises to guide me and provide me workouts according to my condition Female trainers are not paying attention to lady clients during afternoon hours .They just love to gossip

I went for trial and tbh what they're charging is unjustified based on services they provide. It's not like you're paying for the personal trainer as well (that's separate) and most group-based trainers don't even have any physique to even inspire confidence in them lmao. It's on a location that is too pathetic. Outer environment including stairs are unclean. Lift doesn't work. Gym lockers are not personally dedicated and are without any locks whatsoever. I wonder why they're called gym lockers then. Group trainers are okay. There is toilet, but idk if they're clean inside. AC may not be in working condition idk because they were not really switched on when I went there today and imagine these peeps charging anywhere between 1000-3000 per month based on membership packages. Pathetic, bro if you judge it by the cost entailed. But given that people have only two options in nearby area (either this or gym loung Premium), I suppose they're forced to choose it because I won't personally choose it unless choices were limited and these people are exactly exploiting that. Crowd is average and none too many with any physique whatsoever and pretty local.
