Rating: (1/5) I had high hopes when I joined this gym, especially given the premium pricing, but unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience overall. First of all, the space is extremely limited. For the price they charge, you'd expect a much larger, well-equipped facility--but that's far from reality. It often feels cramped, especially during peak hours, and there's barely room to complete a proper workout without bumping into someone. Secondly, the trainers are just... present. They stand around like statues, offering little to no guidance unless you explicitly beg for help. There's no motivation, no personalized support--just cold stares and occasional nods. And the owner? Let's just say humility is not his strong suit. Feedback is brushed off, and any concerns are met with arrogance. A bit of customer respect and openness to criticism could go a long way, but that's clearly not a priority here. In short, this gym is all charge and no change--you're better off spending your money elsewhere where you'll actually get space, support and basic self respect .

For the past three months, I've been going to the gym and it's been an amazing experience. The place is always clean, including the locker rooms and the areas where we do group activities. The array of equipment and cardio machines are abundant and subject to regular and thorough cleaning, ensuring a hygienic and safe workout environment for all. As a newcomer to the gym, I was initially beset with doubts and misconceptions. However, Kartik sir proved to be an invaluable mentor, addressing my concerns with patience and expertise. Moreover, the support extended by Mayur and Emran sir was remarkable. They assisted me during my workouts for achieving the correct form and technique, which is crucial for effective training. In summary, my experience at the gym has been nothing short of fantastic. It's a place where physical well-being is prioritized.

Visited the centre for admission enquiry on 26th March at 8 am. Very unwelcoming and rude staff at the reception. Can be a threat for Samurai business. You have heard the one sided story. I also didn't know that refusing to share contact details at the first moment can hurt someone's ego that much that they start misbehaving. This was not about removing the shoes this was about how I was asked to remove the shoes. The way and the tone. Anyways all the best. I can understand.

Samurai Fitness Gym is a super spacious gym with tons of facilities, weight training, steam bath and especially trainers like Sagar. They are super friendly and helped me a lot with my regular weight training workout! I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of professional and well experience trainer.
