One of the best gyms in the area! The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the trainers are very knowledgeable. They really guide you with the right workouts and diet plans. The environment is clean, motivating, and perfect for fitness enthusiasts.

Don't Waste Your Money Here !!!!! I deeply regret joining HR Gym -- it was a complete waste of time and money. The air conditioning was barely functional, making workouts extremely uncomfortable. The coach was rude and disinterested, offering no real guidance or support. The gym was constantly overcrowded, and the hygiene standards were shockingly poor -- dirty equipment, unclean floors, and no visible cleaning routine. This is not the kind of environment anyone should have to train in. It failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a professional gym. Given the subpar facilities and service, I believe a refund is more than justified. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. --- Let me know if you want to direct it to the management or post it as a public review.

This gym does has 0 Humanity, I did annual membership and only used 4 days of it and I'm having a leg fracture for several months and I'm not allowed to exercise after that also they did not support or help for any partcial cancellation Even after requesting so much and providing all medical documents no help at all. Reminder that humanity and health comes above money So your policies always should hve exceptions Please think 10 times before jointing such a gym And also, They charge low prices and then no place in the gym to even exercise on desidererei equipment's.

Gym is very neat and clean. All equipments are in excellent condition and working properly. We have started gym from last 4 days. They give us proper training and guide us to do proper excercise. My aim is to increase physical strength.

The gym is good and has all the equipments you need for a training atleast for intermediate level trainers. Although I do a mix of Calisthenics and weight training, I get all the basic equipments here. Overall, a good place to start your training journey if you're serious enough

I recently joined H R Fitness and am highly satisfied. The gym is very clean, and all equipment is regularly inspected. The coaches are professional, approachable, and provide personalized guidance to help members achieve their fitness goals effectively. One of the best features is that they provide a personalized exercise card to track daily workouts and repetitions, showing their attention to each member's progress. The membership pricing is quite affordable, and all essential equipment is available. A special thank you to Parmod Negi Sir, who is a very humble coach. My respect for him increased as I observed him during another person's personal training session. He attentively watches over everyone, and if he notices someone performing an exercise incorrectly, he immediately steps in to teach the correct form. Salute to this man!
