They uprooted their entire operation to a new location without so much as a heads-up, leaving loyal members blindsided, and then shamelessly rejected my refund requests for a year-long membership despite my persistent efforts to resolve the issue. To top it off, they aggressively pushed me to sign up for another facility of their choice, which turned out to be an even more chaotic and poorly managed mess. My attempts to reach them by phone were met with deafening silence, and it wasn't until I made the trek to their new, inconveniently placed site--10-11 km from where it used to be--that I got any response. The rude staff, broken equipment, and overall neglect turned what should have been a fitness journey into a regrettable ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this gym at all costs!

Hello. DO NOT join this Gym. Honestly, I'd give zero stars if that were an option. They shifted their Gym without any information and the one year membership fees was not refunded after multiple follow-ups. They insisted that i join another gym that they chose, which was an even worse option. They did not respond to any follow-ups on phone until I visited their new location (10-11kms from their original location). Terrible experience.

I had took 3 memberships of 1 year and now they have moved somewhere else without any information and i dont even know where the new gym Is

The facilities at Golden Fitness Gym are top-notch. With a spacious cardio area, well-equipped weightlifting section, and dedicated group exercise rooms, there's something for everyone here. The equipment is always well-maintained, and I never have to wait long to use my favorite machines.

Considering the fact it's one of the most pleasant gym I came across at affordable rates. It was a pleasure to be part of these gym, and coupe up with their staff for assistance throughout the tenure of my membership was always admired with care. I highly recommend you these gym although they might be running a tight schedule, try contacting them during festival times great offers and rates. It unisex gym, and include many amenities for their members, although it's the only kind of gym no other branch yet opened, overall worth it, looking forward these year.
