Fitomatic Fitness Club - Best Gym in Maninagar

A gym can be an excellent investment for your health and fitness if you use it consistently, choose one that fits your goals, and feel comfortable in the environment. But if you're inconsistent or prefer outdoor/home workouts, you might not get your money's worth.

I visited Fitomatic Gym yesterday with the intention of renewing my membership, as I had been a loyal member in the past and always appreciated the atmosphere and services. What I experienced this time was completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. The manager at the reception seemed completely indifferent and unapproachable. I asked basic questions about membership prices, duration, and services, and was met with rude, dismissive behavior. My questions were ignored, no gym tour was offered, and when they finally responded, the answers were vague and careless as if I was inconveniencing them just by asking. I returned to this gym expecting the same quality service I had experienced before, but it's clear the standards have dropped significantly. The staff, especially the manager, seemed like they couldn't care less about helping someone genuinely interested in rejoining. Is this how you treat people who walk in ready to pay and commit? If you can't even handle basic customer service at the front desk, what's the point of spending money on flashy ads claiming "Join our gym, we provide this and that"? No one wants to feel like a burden just for asking simple questions. Totally unprofessional, disrespectful, and disappointing. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are many better, more welcoming gyms out there. Don't waste your money and time here.

The atmosphere at this gym is great with a positive vibe and motivating energy that makes you actually look forward to your workout. The facilities are top-notch, always clean, and well-maintained with a great selection of equipment to suit any fitness goal. It's truly a fantastic environment to push yourself and see results. I've had the privilege of working with Hitesh Sir, who is an outstanding trainer. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is exceptional, and he's been instrumental in guiding me through my workouts. Beyond his expertise, Hitesh is also a genuinely great person who is encouraging, patient, and always goes the extra mile to ensure I'm comfortable and confident in my routine.

I have been training at Fitomatic Gym and it's been an amazing experience. The gym is well equipped, very hygienic, and all the machines are properly maintained. Nothing is ever "out of service" - they deliver exactly what they promise when you join. A special mention to Hitesh Zala Sir - he has made my fitness journey so much easier and more enjoyable. Workouts are fun, and I've learned the importance of consistency and a balanced approach from him. He is also an expert in nutrition, which has made my progress faster and more sustainable. Every session with him is full of learning, motivation, and results. Highly recommend!
