Very nice Gym and good environment and good hygiene. Specially trainers are very supportive and I feel so good and relaxing in Gym. Hirak sir is very supportive and his training , cardio and all other exercise very good specially his motivation is too good and get bost to do excrise. because of him I get lot improvement in myself.

I've been training with Hirak. He is very punctual and knowledgeable trainer. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. Very well maintained and clean gym.

Its been more then 4 and half years, I was going through unresolved pain in cervical region and shoulders. I have been to multiple neurologist, orthopaedics and also tried physiotherapy. The pain would either cause me migraine headaches or cause disturbance to my arm activity. And then I met Vishal Pawar, at fitness forever gym. He did-not just understood what I was going through but confidently took me into the flow of recovery.
