This gym is an absolute gem! It's become a place I look forward to going to. The trainer -Basir sir is truly exceptional -he don't just stand by; but actively engage with members, offering tips, adjustments, and encouragement even if you're not in a personal training session. He genuinely care about your progress,providing the perfect balance of a motivating environment, excellent equipment, and a supportive community. This gym is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended!!

I've been training with Bashir sir for a while now, and I couldn't be more impressed! He is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and has a genuine passion for helping people reach their fitness goals. What stands out the most is how friendly and approachable he is. He makes every session enjoyable while pushing me to do my best. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in fitness, he is the perfect trainer to guide you. Highly recommend.

I stay in curca I have so many gym near my areas but I believe in natural body in power flex Gym... machinary having awsome and Trainer (our sir) having so many experiences he gave proper excise... Our sir never advised suppliment... Old is gold i believe

The owner and Coach "Elite Master Coach Bashir Shaikh" has the perfect score for his skill and talent. Having 25 years of experience in Health & Fitness industry, which makes him a very important person in fitness industry with no injuries to any clients. Being polite, fun and having a very friendly nature towards all his members. It is my 8yrs of experience being with him and training each day for a better FUTURE LIFE.

Dedicated attention by the Coach, Mr. Bashir for every exercise in every workout... He keenly observes the exercise movement for any faults and corrects promptly.
