Fitness Zone

I've been training at Fitness Zone for 6 months and the results speak for themselves--I feel fitter, stronger, and more energized. The personal training service is top-notch. George really knows how to push you without burning you out. Great equipment, motivating environment, and a solid place to stay consistent.

This gym is on the internal road at Caranzalem. As soon as I entered, the owner (who is also the only trainer) bluntly asked, "Are you joining or not? Why are you waiting?" -- no proper introduction, no explanation of membership plans, and no effort to make a new customer feel comfortable. The gym itself is very small, located in a basement with limited space. Even during peak hours, I saw only two clients. The reason seems clear -- the owner ( chapri minded -aged guy ) shows zero professionalism or manners. Instead of welcoming new members, he behaves arrogantly, as if joining his gym is a privilege. There is no discipline, no proper guidance on equipment usage, and no sense of customer service. A gym should reflect professionalism, motivation, and respect -- but this place lacks all of it. My advice: Avoid this gym. Only someone who has never experienced a proper fitness center, or those who live very close with no other option, might consider joining here.

I have completed my first month in this incredible space. George is a proficient trainer, with a combination of personal and technical skills to effectively guide clients towards their fitness goals. In short, an Exercise Scientist! Thanks for making the process easy, looking forward to an adventurous fitness journey.

I had a pleasant experience at Fitness Zone. Colleen and George are both professionals when it comes to fitness. I was there briefly while on holiday, and Colleen was very patient and gave me some simple exercises to improve on my core muscles due to my back problems. I am definitely going back when back in Goa and highly recommend them to anyone.

Keep fit, install your own gym, buy new equipment, they have it all. Best gym installation and maintenance place in Goa.

Its the best gym in Caranzelem area. They have professional instructors and good equipment. They also have a gym equipment store next door.
