Hey I am Ranjan and I have recently joined Sankalp fit. As I am a cat aspirant . All day having my clases .I have noticed my abdominal part has accumulated lots of fat and other parts also . If you had seen many of famous personality I would not like to recall their names. They have lots money but not haveing their good body anatomy . So observing them I thaught that I should be not like them (not in terms of money in terms of body anatomy). And i as joined the sankalpa fit .The Trainer -( Sankalp Bose ) bhiya . He is just like my big brother thaught me right things about health freak . As we know humans body are of different types.He also provides a proper diet routine for all day.
