I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Life Fitness was so disappointing that I feel people should know the truth before wasting their money here. From day one, I noticed the staff and trainers are completely unqualified. They don't have the right knowledge about workouts, fitness, or even basic guidance. Instead of motivating or correcting form, they stand around casually, more interested in chatting than helping members. If you're expecting proper training or support, you will be left frustrated. The situation is made even worse by the owner's arrogant attitude. Rather than being approachable and professional, the owner behaves as if customers should be grateful just to enter the gym. Any concerns or feedback are brushed off with rudeness. This kind of attitude makes the entire environment negative and unwelcoming. A good gym should have: Qualified trainers who guide you properly Friendly staff who care about members' progress A professional owner who respects customers Unfortunately, Life Fitness fails in every single one of these areas. For the high prices they charge, members deserve respect, proper fitness advice, and a supportive atmosphere - none of which you'll find here. Save your money and your time. There are far better gyms out there where your health goals will be taken seriously and you'll actually feel valued as a member.

An amazing gym, with some great equipment. Always kept clean and sanitized. They not only help you build your body but also have built a community, trainers are ready to help with a smile.This is something not every gym is capable of achieving.

Its the worst gym in Bhilai. Pointwise details- 1. The gym equipments are fine. 2. The attitude of the management & trainers is so pathetic that they try to demotivate you, so that you don't come to gym. 3. Service of the staff, trainers & management is not up to the mark. 4. All trainers are Not qualified. They make some random unqualified fellows stand there as trainers (Blue shirt), just so that they can show the new prospective members that they have several trainers. There are 4-5 qualified trainers & some 7-8 unqualified ones). 5. They call only when the membership is about to be over, only to renew the membership. 6. They often call out if you are talking to your partner (spouse) stating that it is the rule, you cant talk to your partner. 7. They are very particular about equipments getting damaged, but are not concerned about any injury to the member. They put up random rules about repercussions of any damage to equipments (see the photo, can you believe in it?) 8. Before enrollment, they tell you that general trainers will guide you properly. However, as soon as you have paid, they force you to hire a personal trainer. 9. Several times it was evident that management is scolding the trainers if they help the members. 10. Some general trainers (wearing Blue T-shirts) immediately change their T-shirts to Red (which is dress code of personal trainer) if any member asks them to help, even though they have no client for personal training. 11. Trainers (Blue) try to escape from helping members, making excuses, trying to hide in washrooms. 12. They are busy advertising to sell protein, supplements, etc. P.S.- The several negative feedbacks by users is TRUE. The owner claims that those who have given negative feedback, are not gym members (which is false) Either the Owner is totally unaware of the highly unprofessional behaviour of its staff, OR the owner doesn't want to admit the truth. More so, it is clear that any member would not give any negative feedback till he/she is a member at gym. The feedbacks are posted after the member has left the gym after such bitter experience (bcoz posting negative reviews will only harm the members more when they are going to the Gym). Pretty simple to understand! I was a member last year (also hired a personal trainer Mr. "Raju Nishad"). After reading my review, the owner cannot claim that I was not the member.

It's almost 2 months since I am going for work out in life fitness. The gym ambience is cool n super hygienic . Gym has all the modern equipment embedded with all the cool technology making workout efficient n much much more fruitful. Excellent trainer n fun loving as well. It was my right decision that I joined the life fitness. Happy been a member of this awesome fitness center

Joining Life Fitness 24x7 has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well-being. The gym is open 12pm, which is perfect for my busy schedule. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and suitable for all fitness levels--from beginners to serious bodybuilders. What really sets this gym apart is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The trainers are always ready to help with form corrections, personalized plans, or just a word of motivation. The environment is clean, hygienic, and positive--making workouts something I genuinely look forward to. .

I've been training at Life Fitness Gym in Bhilai for a few weeks now, and I must say--it's one of the best fitness centers in the city -Top-Quality Equipment: All the machines are modern, well-maintained, and suitable for beginners and advanced lifters alike. -Certified Trainers: The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to guide with proper form, workout routines, and diet advice. -Clean & Spacious Environment: The gym is always clean, well-ventilated, and has enough space even during peak hours. -Great Vibes & Motivation: The energy inside the gym is super motivating. Everyone, from staff to members, is friendly and focused. -Value for Money: With the quality of facilities and training provided, the membership is totally worth it.

Great gym with excellent equipment and a clean, spacious environment. The trainers are very helpful and motivating, making workouts enjoyable. Hygiene and safety are always well maintained. I've seen great results and feel more energetic since joining. Highly recommended for anyone serious about fitness!
