I dlike to say things that's makes joy first. They have cycling class on second floor and it's almost always available for personal trainings. They have also swimming pool and I have to say since my previous visit they started to keep the pool clean GYM is the most active part so here they need some updates. Like few running tracks need to be fixed but generally powerlifting stuff is fine. I dlike to say thanks to the team here cos they trying to do best for gusts. For the price you pay each month, they could at least take better care of the gym, especially when it comes to hygiene. Don't get me wrong, the gym is quite huge, it has good circulation, AC is working fine, and there's so many equipment. But, the equipment is left on the floor to rot (literally), they even put a bar outside under the rain & sun nearby the pool. The floor is disgusting. The mat doesn't have a storage, the bands are just left there. They even have this one storage room that's so dirty & leave it open. And they don't change the towels for you to clean the mat, there's one towel that has been there for A WEEK untouched. The cables for the treadmill gets soaked in water when it rains cause its leaking, how is this safe?!

Gym equipment is the gym good for weights and cardiovascular training. But the pool is constantly CLOSED for maintenance which means Gym members who come just to train in the pool for swimming can't train. Which is not good. Would be much better if the pool maintenance was done when the gym is closed for members 6am till 7am would be perfect time for pool maintenance. Constantly told the pool will maybe be open tomorrow is not good when you pay membership to come 6 days a week.. So for now only 3 stars. Fix the constant pool closure problem. No pool maintenance during gym open hours and I would give the gym 5 stars.

Great gym at a great location, not so far from the main road. Got proper and maintained equipments, large swimming pool, sauna, sand bags, a dance/class studio and a small coffeeshop inside. They offer classes and you can check the schedule on their Instagram. Price is competitive compared to similar gym within the area. For cheaper price, go for their monthly (550K), 3 (1050K), 6 (1960K), 12 months bundles. Spacious parking. Online and card payments are available. They also sell protein.

More then often the pool is very dirty. Water is very misty I changed to 5 star, they cleaned the pool and right now it is superb! Let's hope it stays the same

Awesome place for a good workout! Machines all well maintained, not to busy, no "fitness hipster", love it! Quite affordable as well (390k per week)

Literally the best gym I have ever seen! This gym features multiple treadmills, several elliptical trainers and bikes. This gym has all the equipment you could need, with free weights going above 40kg. All in an air-conditioned room. You can even enjoy some crossfit type training beside the outdoor pool that's super relaxing to swim in after a work out. In addition to this all they have a separate room for group classes and where you could do some bodyweight exercises. After the workout you can enjoy a nice protein shake for 30k rupiah, and enjoy a salmon burger for the same price too! Water is free and you don't need to bring your own towels since they provide them for free. The dressing room is nicely equipped with lockers, hairdryer and multiple showers. If you happen to forget some clothes, don't worry! They sell all the clothing you could need. You can get all of this for the price of 100k rupiah per time, or a monthly membership for 600k. I would suggest you should go between 12:00 and 16:00, since they have happy hour and a single time ticket is only 40k rupiah.
