Premium experience ! I love it. The staff and trainers are super friendly, always happy to help, and make you feel really welcome from day one. gym looks amazing! It's spread over 4 full areas with heaps of equipment, cardio machines, a functional training area, and even a sauna zone, which is a really nice bonus after a tough session. The vibe here is really positive.. clean, spacious, and just a great place to train whether you're new to the gym or have been doing it for years. Definitely recommend it if you're around Denpasar and looking for a solid gym with a great community feel.

Best Gym Experience Ever! Hands down the best gym I've ever been to! The vibe here is super positive--great people, friendly atmosphere, and it just feels good to work out here. The equipment is all updated and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference during training. Plus, the sauna is amazing--such a great way to relax after a workout. But what I love the most is that it's open 24 hours! It gives me the freedom to work out whenever it fits my schedule, unlike most other gyms. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality, comfort, and flexibility. I'm so glad I found it!

Small gym but full of equipment. Smell so good

It was great, clean and helpful staff. They have sauna and showers, 24/7 open and very quiet at night. It's slightly warm inside for a foreigner the air quality and circulation needs attention, There are multiple equipment for almost each individual muscle in the body, great for building a physique, however they prefer serious and long term memberships, 1 month is 1 million rp but for 12 months it's only 4 million and if you're a couple, it's 2.5 million each for 1 year (5 million) . Great deal for serious people.

Well.... How I should start. This is the first gym I meet since coming over from Germany and I was very hyped in the beginning. The service sounds good. 24/7 open. Sauna and a lot of modern looking training devices. The price we paid was also very nice for one year. BUT!! Sadly almost everything here is disappointing. Not even one cardio trainer is working. Treadmills are all slippery, instable, loud and there are only 2 out of 7 with working buttons. Also the (only) two available ergometer are completely broken. Finally the steppers are also malfunctioning. Showing errors or are totally out of order. This is really weak for a gym in my opinion. All here feels like, just taking money from customers but don't care about the offered services / devices. There are a lot of weight lifting devices which may will work fine. But this is only 50% of a gym. Except for all disco lifters out there. On top it is not really organized in here. Weights, handles and other accessories laying around. (To be fair, that's propably the guests fault) But also mentionable. Just also to speak about some positive things: The location is quite nice. Not to small. Well air conditioned. The showers and toilets do not look like Public train station toilets. The sauna temperature is a little too low, but maybe good for beginners. Parking area is also good. In the end, it doesn't matter. I definitely can not recommend this gym to anyone. Please save your money guys. Better buy an ergometer for your own home and some weights. There is no reason to come here but see other people and being seen. I am really sad. On top I wasted my money for one year. After reading this text a few times, i would like to change it more worse. But for now.. That should be it... PS: the only device working good so far is the AC... One star is too much...

Join member Club since May 2023 mostly attended Group classes cos like to interact with different peoples everyday. Most of the place is Good, clean, friendly staff, tool and equipment complete and there also Sauna you can use after workout

By far, the best one within its price range, open 24/7 has sauna included, free parking, free wifi, towel, they have plenty of equipment available, just avoid after office hour.
