Fitness Plus Sesetan

Good variety and quality of equipment -- definitely a plus. However, the service and hospitality from the staff could be improved. Although the gym operates 24 hours, towels are not consistently available throughout the day. Additionally, many of the showers are not functioning properly, and the maintenance seems to be overlooked. I was initially influenced by the high Google rating, but later found out that the 5-star reviews were requested as part of a free one-day pass promotion. I believe transparency and consistency in service will help build more genuine trust and loyalty in the long run.

the fitness place itself is great, all the machines are new and almost everything's still clean. It opens for 247, but the locker room and toilet area for male kinda got dirty or stinky at night time. would recommend people to park their motorcycle at the rooftop parking area so it's easier to access to the gym as the escalators are never turned on.

I've been a member of Fitness Plus Sesetan for a month now, and I'm really happy with my experience here. They have plenty of equipment and facilities, which makes working out enjoyable and convenient. One thing I love is the large parking area, and its location is very close to the city, and to my home Plus, it's open 24 hours, so I can work out anytime. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They also have a sauna and various classes, which I haven't tried yet but definitely plan to. I especially enjoy going at night around 10 PM because it's quieter, and weekend mornings are also great since more equipment is available. Overall, it's been a great choice for my fitness routine.

It's on the pricier side of gyms AFAIK (ofc the price would be much higher if you compare it to Majapahit gyms out there), but I would say it's worth it with all the facilities here, especially if there are discounts ongoing (I got like 50% off and 2 free additional months). The sauna is finally available for use btw.
