Terrible attitudes of the sales and the front office, they need training.
Personal trainer Tuti always wears something inappropriate for her age! Also, she is very rude to members without personal trainer.
Asking me to move, while I'm still using the machine, just so she can use it with her member, she will hog the machine for hours, not allowing anyone to use it!

I had an amazing experience at Fitness Plus Satria. The facilities were top-notch, with a great variety of equipment to choose from.
The gym was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive, providing excellent guidance on my workout routine and answering any questions I had.
Additionally, the classes offered were great, and the instructors were very skilled and motivating.

affordable gym with discount. But unfortunately they also don't care at all about the input. Too crowded, no towels EVERY morning even though it is the one of the peak time there. Saying sorry can't solve the problem, they need to take the input seriously. Sauna sometimes does not work. Small parking lot. The worst Fitness Plus so far. Not recommend it.
