I've been a member of Fast Fitness Gym for the past 3 months, and I must say, it has truly transformed my perspective on working out. I joined fast and fitness 1.5 months ago. At first I was very hesitant as I have never been to a gym before and was worried whether I will be able to cope up. But after talking with Mr. Rohan I felt very reassured. Through continuous monitoring and guidance of Mr. Rohan and Tezo I now enjoy going to the gym. The ambience of the gym is very friendly and other members of the gym are also helpful. I never thought I would miss exercising ever in my life. But since joining this gym, I feel guilty if I miss the gym. I already feel fitter and more energetic than before. If you want to get fitter or want to build body for competition, whatever your goal is, this is the place to go!!!

Undoubtedly Fast fitness gym is one of the best gym in silchar along with great trainers who are very friendly and strict to their regime. They have a lots of good equipments. Interior design is quite a eye catcher.in short I am having a great experience their.
